Welcome to Bondt! These terms and conditions govern your use of the Bondt Software as a Service platform ("Service"). • "Bondt" refers to the SaaS platform provided by Bondt, Inc.
• "User" refers to any individual or entity that accesses or uses the Bondt platform.

2. Scope of Services

Bondt is an integration between Slack and Intercom that provides two ways sync between them.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access the full features of Bondt, users are required to approve the access with the needed permissions to access Slack and Intercom. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

4. User Responsibilities and Conduct

4.1 Acceptable Use

Users must use Bondt in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Violating any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, or privacy rights.
• Uploading or distributing harmful content, malware, or any material that could disrupt the Service.
• Engaging in any form of harassment, abuse, or spamming.

4.2 Content Ownership

You retain ownership of any content you upload to Bondt. We preprocess the incoming messages to Bondt and we don't store any messages we process.

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

5.1 Pricing

Users are required to pay the specified fees to access premium features of Bondt.

5.2 Refunds

Bondt offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for the first payment. Refunds can be requested by contacting support@bondt.io within 30 days of the initial payment.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

7.1 Bondt is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Bondt reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violating these terms or engaging in any unlawful activities.
